"It began with me, I always loved food and I frequently used to eat out. But one fine day my gut got to a worse point where it was hard for me to digest anything properly and the main reason was the food I ate from hotels . Watching myself give up the foods I loved broke my heart. That day I realized — food should be healthy, joyful, and empowering. That’s how Tiffinia was born."
